Shipping & Returns Policies
If you order an item we have in stock, we’ll typically ship it to you the same day if ordered by 4pm EST.
If the order is small enough to ship through UPS, we can ship it the same day.
If you placed a large order that needs to ship by freight, we’ll need 2-3 days of handling time to ship your order.
We also offer ship-to-store if you’re close to one of our locations and want to pick up your order that way. Special requested items not normally stocked at one of our Florida stores can be delivered on our bi-weekly stocking deliveries at no extra charge. Talk to one of our associates at your local store to place a request.
Quick and Easy Returns
At CCI, we appreciate that you’ve decided to purchase from us and want you to be fully satisfied with your experience.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, return it, unused, within 1 year for a full refund.
Here’s how it works:
- Contact us either in person at one of our stores, call us at 800-346-7867 or email us at email@example.com to let us know you need to make a return.
- Package up your item, either in the original shipping box or with your own box.
- If possible, include the order slip with the item.
- Mail it back to our Lake Wales address. The customer pays the cost of shipping back for the return.
- Once we receive the returned item, within 7 business days the owner will review and approve the return.
- After that, your original payment will be credited back to your debit or credit card.
If you need to exchange an item, you’ll need to return the original item, as outlined above, and make a new purchase for the item you’d like instead.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll pay to ship it back and send you the right item. Just let us know and we’ll arrange to have UPS pick up the package from your address. The driver will print the label for you on the spot so it’s easy to send it back.
