The elliptical tank style is designed to provide the greatest capacity with the lowest center of gravity, making it the best design for transporting large volumes. While the standard elliptical style requires a saddle, the elliptical leg tanks do not and can be placed directly onto a flat surface and secured with stainless steel bands. The molded-in legs act as baffles to displace energy carried by the liquid during transport.
